The Neighborhood

Designed to promote a warm, community environment, our development features four cul-de-sacs that are micro-neighborhoods within our subdivision.  Because of this configuration and the enhanced security provided by the front gates, through traffic is non-existent.  Children can safely play within the community and move throughout the neighborhood to visit their friends.  For those who appreciate interaction with their neighbors, you can easily visit in your yard, in the street or on a leisurely walk through the area. 

To enhance our sense of community, we also have organized neighborhood gatherings for all of our residents as well as community golf tournaments at the neighboring Riverchase Golf Course.  Come join us and get to know us!
