The entrance to our community is framed by beautiful landscaping and seasonal color that is changed three times per year. We also have an attractive Austin stone and brick wall with wrought iron accents along Riverchase Parkway, the access road that features running/bicycle lanes as well as sidewalks on both sides of the street. The Fairways at Riverchase Owners Association is a non-profit association of property owners with a board elected by the homeowners and charged with the responsibility of assuring a high level of aesthetic appeal both in the common areas and throughout the neighborhood. The City of Coppell is a very vibrant area with a population of approximately 39,000. With many beautiful parks, recreational areas and canals throughout the town, plus excellent municipal facilities for the benefit of its residents, Coppell is a very family oriented and often overlooked gem in the county of Dallas. The Fairways at Riverchase is a beautiful, mature subdivision located in Coppell, Texas. Established in 1994, it consists of 98 single-family custom built homes on the east side of Coppell and is the only gated community in the city. Approximately 30% of our homes are adjacent to the Riverchase Golf Course, a semi-private club. Many of our residences also have a view of a large wilderness area, which is habitat for many species of birds and wildlife and lies to the east of the golf course.  |
